Returns & Exchanges

At Chaussures POP, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your new footwear. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Footwear

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and ensure the box is securely sealed inside a shipping mailer or outer carton.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
